Job Description

We are looking for a CTO / Technical Product Partner to lead the strategy and execution of product integrations and API-driven solutions, working directly with customers on high-impact projects.

This role combines technical leadership, product thinking, and hands-on execution—operating similarly to a CTO in an AI startup. It involves full ownership of the product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs to designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on mindset, strong product intuition, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution and Product Development

• Deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with customer needs.

• Define requirements, design, and build LLM-powered software.

• Lead third-party (3P) product integrations.

• Contribute across the full stack when needed.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Gather customer feedback and help define the product roadmap.

• Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Prioritize initiatives based on impact and revenue potential.

Architecture and Technical Design

• Design scalable architectures for AI-driven systems.

• Create and maintain technical design documentation.

• Design data processing and model serving systems.

Optimization and Performance

• Improve model performance through prompt tuning.

• Evaluate and optimize products post-launch.

• Track growth and performance of integrations.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work directly with customers to define and deliver solutions.

• Clearly communicate technical and product requirements.

• Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Technical Requirements

Experience

• Strong background in software engineering.

• Experience implementing AI or machine learning products.

• Proven track record delivering projects in demanding environments.

Programming and Technologies

• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.

• Full-stack development experience and product architecture understanding.

• Experience working with APIs, backend, and frontend systems.

• Understanding of the HTTP protocol.

AI and Systems

• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions.

• Understanding of model evaluation, training, and fine-tuning.

• Experience working with large-scale datasets.

• Ability to design scalable, high-performance systems.

Infrastructure

• Experience with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi).

Professional Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
