Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Associate to support revenue growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing.
This role is critical as the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through Virtue Health’s solutions and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and thrives in fast-paced sales environments.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales
Generate business opportunities through multiple channels.
Conduct outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups).
Qualify prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Client and Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, and clients.
Assess client needs and communicate value propositions effectively.
Differentiate company solutions from competitors.
Sales Support
Prepare demos and meetings with prospects.
Participate in presentations and industry events.
Support client renewals and deal closures.
CRM and Reporting
Log and update all sales activities in the CRM.
Maintain clean and accurate data.
Technical Requirements
Experience
5+ years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sales and Strategy
Experience in lead generation and qualification.
Ability to execute effective sales strategies.
Skilled in communicating complex value propositions.
